Job Responsibilities

Working as a substitute with us means working in home care, special housing, or support for people with disabilities in a service that operates around the clock, every day of the week, all year round.

In home care, you provide support to users in their own homes and assist with tasks they can no longer manage on their own. This may involve personal care, such as dressing, maintaining hygiene, or eating, as well as providing social support during walks or helping them participate in activities based on the user's interests.

Work in special housing involves providing care and support to individuals with extensive needs who can no longer live in their own homes. Here, you work closely with the residents to create security and a good quality of life in their daily lives.

In support for people with disabilities, your mission is to contribute to security, participation, and quality of life for individuals with disabilities. You play an important role in creating structure, support, and a meaningful everyday life based on each individual's needs and circumstances. Sleeping on-call duty may be included.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Very good proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• A driver's license is an asset but not always a requirement. Please indicate in your application whether you have a driver's license or not.
• Previous experience in support for people with disabilities, healthcare, or social psychiatry.
